Cookie policy

1. What we use

Treep only uses technical cookies and storage, needed for the application to work or to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, so you do not need to accept anything to browse: we inform you with this notice.

• ci_session — session cookie. Keeps you signed in while you browse. It expires after 2 hours of inactivity or when you sign out.
• cookie_travelmap — only if you tick “Remember me” when signing in. Keeps the session for up to 30 days on that device. You can see and close it in Account settings > Remembered sessions.
• Browser local storage (localStorage) — remembers preferences such as the filter chosen on the home page or that you read the cookie notice. It is not sent to our servers.

2. Third-party content

Typefaces, interface libraries (jQuery, DataTables, blog editor) and the maps of your trip routes are loaded from Google Fonts, content delivery networks (jQuery, DataTables, jsDelivr) and OpenStreetMap. When that happens, these providers may receive your IP address and technical browser data. See their privacy policies for more information.

3. How to manage them

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to sign in.
